Depending on your location, you should receive your order within 2-3 weeks of your order confirmation. Sometimes shirt orders can be delayed, and we will notify you if this occurs. If you are still waiting for your order after 3 weeks, please contact us with your order information.
Standard Australian domestic shipping is at a flat rate of $7.75 per order. Orders above 5kg are $11.95 per order. Non-Australian residents will need to pay an international shipping fee of approximately $21.95 per order (this may change depending on your location). If you believe your shirt has arrived damaged or defective, please contact us directly either through our Contact Page or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please attach images as proof and we will replace the damaged/defective goods with no extra cost to you.
If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com or through our Contact Page with the correct details so we can avoid any further issue. If we have already shipped out the product, send it back to us and we will provide a replacement.
Yes you can cancel your order. If you would like to cancel, please contact us either through our Contact Page or directly at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding the cancellation of your product and we will get back to you shortly. Your order cannot be cancelled if it has already been shipped.

Yes, absolutely. If you have purchased the wrong size, please contact us through our Contact Page or email us directly at email@example.com. You will need to return the shirt back to us and once we have received it we will deliver the new size.
